Job Summary of Client Supervisor:
This role is pivotal for assisting front-end operations and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction levels. The individual in this role will take charge of driving daily customer service tasks, embodying professionalism, fostering teamwork, and making sure a customer-centered approach is adopted in all dealings. The key requirements for this role include strong leadership skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a dedication to upholding operational efficiency and friendly service benchmarks.
Job Duties and Responsibilities of Client Supervisor:
- Oversee and enhance customer support activities at the front end of the store, promoting a welcoming and well-maintained ambiance.
- Advocate for front-end associates to embrace Burlington’s core principles, particularly its dedication to exceptional customer service.
- Responsible for overseeing register operations and promptly and professionally resolving any customer concerns or complaints.
- Promote efficient and friendly checkout experiences by providing team coaching and direct assistance.
- Monitor the coordination of team members’ break and meal times to ensure store coverage requirements are met.
Qualifications and Experience of Client Supervisor:
- Applicants must be willing to work flexible hours, which could include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Demonstrated leadership prowess and the aptitude to inspire and spur others in a fast-paced setting.
- Exceptional problem-solving expertise, communication proficiency, and customer service acumen.
- Has the capacity to raise boxes that weigh 40 pounds or above and stand or walk for prolonged periods.
