Job Summary of Support Lead:
This role is crucial in backing up the operations at the front end and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The person in this position will be responsible for overseeing daily customer service tasks, promoting a culture of professionalism and teamwork, and guaranteeing a customer-centric approach in every engagement. Leadership skills, a proactive problem-solving attitude, and dedication to upholding operational effectiveness and amiable service levels are essential for this position.
Job Duties and Responsibilities of Support Lead:
- Take charge of customer service activities at the store entrance, maintaining a friendly and well-arranged setting.
- Encourage front-end associates to embody Burlington’s core values and uphold its customer-centric approach.
- Monitor cash register operations and address customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain efficient and welcoming checkout experiences by offering team coaching and active assistance.
- Organize team members’ break and meal schedules while maintaining compliance with store staffing needs.
Qualifications and Experience of Support Lead:
- Flexibility in working hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays when necessary is a must.
- Proficient leadership qualities and the capacity to inspire individuals within a high-speed setting.
- Proficient problem-solving abilities, effective communication, and exceptional customer service skills.
- Able to carry boxes weighing at least 40 pounds and being on one’s feet or moving around for long durations.
