Job Summary of Client Leader:
This role is pivotal for assisting front-end operations and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction levels. The individual in this role will take charge of driving daily customer service tasks, embodying professionalism, fostering teamwork, and making sure a customer-centered approach is adopted in all dealings. The key requirements for this role include strong leadership skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a dedication to upholding operational efficiency and friendly service benchmarks.
Job Duties and Responsibilities of Client Leader:
- Head and reinforce client assistance operations in the store’s forefront, securing a warm and structured space.
- Instill Burlington’s values in front-end associates and emphasize the company’s commitment to serving customers above all else.
- Responsible for managing register activities and providing courteous and efficient solutions to customer problems.
- Enhance checkout efficiency and customer service by coaching the team and offering practical help.
- Arrange team scheduling for breaks and meals to meet store coverage obligations.
Qualifications and Experience of Client Leader:
- Being available to work during various times, such as early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays, is a necessary requirement for this position.
- Strong leadership skills and the capability to drive and energize others amidst a rapidly changing environment.
- Demonstrated proficiency in resolving issues, communicating effectively, and delivering excellent customer support.
- Has the capacity to raise boxes that weigh 40 pounds or above and stand or walk for prolonged periods.
