Job Summary of Service Supervisor:

The job involves providing essential support to front-end operations and delivering top-notch customer experiences. The incumbent will be in charge of supervising customer service activities on a day-to-day basis, setting a professional example, fostering team spirit, and promoting a customer-centric philosophy in all customer interactions. Job Duties and Responsibilities of Service Supervisor:

• Manage and back up customer support initiatives right at the store entrance, guaranteeing a hospitable and orderly atmosphere.
• Promote the adoption of Burlington’s principles among front-end staff members and emphasize the importance of prioritizing customer service.
• Supervise register transactions and effectively resolve any customer inquiries or complaints with a high level of professionalism.
• Support fast and friendly checkouts by providing hands-on training and guidance to the staff.
• Manage the coordination of team members’ break and meal times in accordance with store coverage standards.

Qualifications and Experience of Service Supervisor:

• Candidates should be able to adapt their schedules to meet the demands of the job, which may include working outside of traditional hours.
• Effective leadership abilities and the talent for encouraging team members in a dynamic atmosphere.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service aptitude.
• Having the ability to lift boxes that are 40 pounds or heavier and remaining upright or mobile for extended periods of time.
