Job Duties and Responsibilities of Head of Customer Support:
- Lead and aid customer service initiatives at the store entrance, creating a hospitable and orderly space.
- Advocate for front-end associates to embrace Burlington’s core principles, particularly its dedication to exceptional customer service.
- Oversee the processing of register transactions and address customer concerns with professionalism and a sense of urgency.
- Encourage rapid and pleasant checkout interactions through team coaching and practical assistance.
- Oversee team scheduling for breaks and meals to guarantee adherence to store coverage policies.
Qualifications and Experience of Head of Customer Support:
- The position demands flexibility in working hours, which may involve early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Robust leadership capabilities and the talent to encourage and galvanize others in a high-energy atmosphere.
- Adept at solving problems, communicating clearly, and delivering outstanding customer support.
- Possessing the skill to lift boxes weighing over 40 pounds and being able to stand or walk for long periods without any issues.
